Canon 90D sensor glitches?

Hello. I borrowed my friend's Canon 90D to film something, and I thought everything went well until I got home and reviewed the footage. The last few clips got glitches in them. I didn't notice it while shooting. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to remove these in Premiere Pro of After Effects. Cuz I don't really wanna go back to shoot the last few clips. If you know guys know how to, please send me links to tutorials of it. And one last thing, is this a common problem? If so, what causes it? My friend hasn't replied yet, so I don't know whether his 90D still glitches like that or not.
