That's not really a relevant question.  Trump is mentally ill (at least narcissism), and cannot accept the possibility that ANYONE is brighter than him.  In reality, his IQ is probably somewhat above average, but not unusually high: perhaps in the range of 120-125 in the Stanford-Binet scale.

Trump is more popular than Obama among rural people, the lesser-educated, and people who fear or dislike non-whites and immigrants.
