Fauci is way too popular with both liberals and conservatives that firing him will result in negative press from all sides of the political spectrum, and we all know how Donny feels about negative press

We should fire whichever of them is telling lies. Which one can provide scientific evidence to show what they are saying is true? It may not be what we WANT to know but reality is what we NEED to know.

Well, its possible that even an idiot like Trump realizes that Fauci is RIGHT.

That's WHY Trump can't fire him. He'd be a dead man too.

Most likely the for the same reason Trump said he was going to scale down the Covid-19 task force and then (once again) reversed himself because he didn't realize "how popular they were". 

The American people, as a whole, generally appreciate someone who has the background, the experience, the wherewithal laying out the facts, no matter how bleak they may be, rather than some guy pitching whatever comes into his half-baked mind.

Because he knows everything Fauci says is correct, and firing him would just give the Democrats some extra ammo in the upcoming election.
