Good that vampires aren't your only interest.  Good that you are also interested in the Rockefeller family.  No, he's not adopted.  Maybe you look like your Dad.  I don't look like mine.

You mean "Why DOESN'T John D. Rockefeller, Jr. look like his dead and mom", not "Why John D. Rockefeller Jr. doesn't...". Do you see the difference? In English the verb "to be" (does, doesn't, is, isn't, etc), comes BEFORE the noun (John D. Rockefeller), not after the noun.  As for why he doesn't particularly look like his father or mother, that's because he looks much more like his maternal grandfather. The Rockefeller's did not have only girls, they had one boy as well.
