I am a entrepreneur newbie starting up my online business. However, I want advise on policies, contracts, terms & conditions etc.?

Should I get a solicitor to look over everything? As the last thing I want is to get sued. It will be a business to do with dating (very brief description but that's the basics). I don't really know what to include in the policy section/terms and conditions, or what I should put in there..

Can I get someone to help me or look over it all online?

I don't know what is the best way to go about it.
