    I never have.  I'm A+, as are about 3 people in 8, so it's not in great demand.

    Yes, I've done it a few times. I've taken a bit of a break from it because the donation center kept calling me over and over. It became a bit annoying. I told them I'd continue to donate, but on MY terms, not theirs. I'll go back and do it again when I want to.
