Why hasn’t the government declared Colorado’s terrorist vigilante organizations a terrorist organization?

Is it because they are associated with right wing extremist and police organizations?

Colorado has a terrorist vigilante organization(s)?

The D.C.-based Southern Poverty Law Center may have these groups on its list of domestic terrorists, Ken. I frankly believe the Koch brothers (now deceased Charles and his brother David), plus their highly secretive anti-democracy Koch Donor Network (cited in the 2017 book "DARK MONEY: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right" by Jane Mayer) should be listed as antigovernment terrorists. If you want to bring the Colorado groups to someone's attention as terrorists, try contacting either the FBI or the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The Colorado labor wars were a series of labor strikes in 1903 and 1904 in the US state of Colorado, by gold and silver miners and mill workers represented by the Western Federation of Miners (WFM). Opposing the WFM were associations of mine owners and businessmen at each location, supported by the Colorado state government. The strikes were notable and controversial for the accompanying violence, and the imposition of martial law by the Colorado National Guard in order to put down the strikes.

Source(s): Problem solved over 100 years ago - after that - the KKK did not infiltrate the labor movement as it did in many other Democrat voting areas.
