Hospital admissions for other illnesses during lockdown?

A friend is very sick the past few nights with vomiting and not even tolerating a lot of fluids by drinking. If my friend ends up severely dehydrated how can hospitals cope with the pressure they're under with the covid19 ?

If anyone needs medical treatment or hospitalization, they aren't going to be turned away.

A lot of ERs and medical units are actually very slow because of people like your friend who may be scared to come into the hospital. I'm a nurse and was furloughed about a month ago along with a bunch of other nurses.

They can "fit her in"... And the sooner you call, the better her prognosis.
