    The best thing to do is get traps from animal control and start catching them. If you start feeding them you will find the population growing rapidly. You can also contact animal adoption agencies for advice. Sometimes, they provide traps.

    Dogs.. Catch with a catch pole and take the the shelter.

    Cats..  Either shoot them or catch with a live trap and take to the shelter
