2001 Mercedes E320 OBD Codes?

I own a Mercedes E320 and noticed that it sounds odd, not terrible, but it sounds like the muffler was shaking a little. So I ran my Diagnostic Tool on it and it pulled two codes.

P0130 and P0150. Both say its something about the oxygen sensor or/and manifold. Anyone car savvy that can give me a general idea what i might have to replace. The vehicle does run fine, with the exception of what i, again, describe as a "shaky muffler" feeling

The O2 sensor is bank 1 sensor 1, the sensor in bank 1 before the cat converter, is likely bad.  Replace it and see if it fixes the problem.  The shaky muffler feeling is your car misfiring.

It means the voltage expected from the O2 sensor is out of the normal range. It does not mean the O2 sensor is bad, although that is one possibility. Proper troubleshooting needs to be done to eliminate the possible causes. Check for manifold vacuum leaks and cracked vacuum lines. Listen for exhaust leaks in front of the sensor. Check the condition of the wiring and connectors going to the O2 sensor.
