If we defund the police will the black panther party save us?

The idea is to rethink public safety so that you use police for appropriate police calls and create teams of maybe mental health professionals or domestic abuse experts or addiction counselors to go to other types of calls where the police are not needed and are often not effective. So you would take part of the funds of the police dept. and redirect them.

I am not that lucky........ that would be to entertaining.......... god does not love me that much
