No, it just means you dislike a group. That's it.  So what?

It does not make you racist. Not liking blacks or Indians without good reason makes you at least prejudice and possibly a bigot. Words mean things.  Racism is thinking one group of people is inherently superior or inferior to another group.  Prejudice, as far as people goes, is having unreasonable feelings, opinions, or attitudes, especially of a hostile nature, regarding an ethnic, racial, social, or religious group. Bigotry is a stubborn and complete intolerance of any creed, belief, or opinion that differs from one's own.

Indians from India, or Native Americans? You are free to like or not like anyone you want, but expression of your thoughts can bring justified backlash from other people with different views. The other point is about stereotyping, which is the foundation of racism and prejudice. It would be a positive step to self-examine and whether you have an issue with ALL the people of a group or just individuals and where your dislike stems from.

I have issue with poor single mothers having children they can't afford to raise of any race, but know that statistics say 77% of Black children are born to unmarried mothers. I don't care about the formality of marriage but do not believe people have a right to have children on government subsidies. I strongly support better schools in poor neighborhoods. I have issue with any unstable household of any race.

I recognize an issue of too many guns in private hands as one of the causes of extra police aggression to protect themselves, and that 100,000 stolen guns in the USA per year is something that needs closer examination.

I recognize that much of the violence with the recent protests is white initiated, shown on video and photographs.

So, not liking people is not necessarily racist, but is worth considering the detail and reasons for it, and how it might extend to your actions.

Not liking them makes you a bigot. Thinking you are superior to them makes you a racist. There is a difference. There is much more of the former in the world than the latter.

If you don't like them because they are black then yes.  I don't like anyone....so they are just part of that.
