The fact of the matter: You are quickened by God The Holy Ghost when you are baptized by fire by God the Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior when he sends God The Holy Ghost upon them who he wants saved.

The entire NT teaches that God quickens us with his life giving Holy Spirit. The Greek word is zoopoieo meaning by spiritual power to arouse and invigorate the spirit, quickening as respects the spirit, endued with new and greater powers of life
