Are doctors normally this mean with people?
It's bad enough if law enforcement agents treat suspects or detainees like scum but why would an emergency physician in his late 40s act aggressive with a 19 yo natural born US citizen (which of course I know is brown). And please help me with this

Sounds like she's got an attorney and her case will be aptly adjudicated. Not sure what your issue is here. Stuff happens, sometimes with merit, sometimes without. When it's the latter people usually walk away seven figures richer...so I wouldn't worry about it.

Which part of that is not clear to you? You are not required to like or agree with it.
The NORMAL procedure is to have this done by a FEMALE medical person. THEIR AGE IS OF NO IMPORTANCE.
It can be much more intensive. If stuff has been suspected of being swallowed.
