The only cure is to have it re-laid. A landscaper will tear it up and either lay turf or re-seed it. Then you will have a lawn like a golf course. Or you could hire a rotovator and DIY.

You need to add dirt in the low spots and also roll your yard in the spring time to flatten the bumps

Thats life buddy and so you earn a bit more and get it fixed or you do something else more important like fix the bathroom , oh for a Google to do it instead at the fingertip
