Seasoning new grill?
So I just bought my first charcoal grill and I completely slipped a step called seasoning..is this something I can do before I grill next? Was it dangerous to eat the food? Are there special steps I should take?

Unless you have iron grates, which is not probable, you don't need to. If you Do have iron grates, there is a wealth of information about how to properly season cast iron on YouTube.

If your grill has cast iron grill pans, go ahead and season it now. If the grill part is porcelain, and most now are, forget about it. Only iron based grill materials need to be seasoned. That includes mild steel griddles.
