Why won’t Xbox 360 games save on my Xbox one?
I downloaded code Veronica x hd and it says it cannot connect to my account. I have this issue with some other 360 games but not all. I have the same account for my 360 as I do for my one so wtf is this all about?

Perhaps I'm just uneducated with the Xbox BIOS, but I haven't ever heard of Veronica x hd. Is your Xbox One modded? Otherwise, whenever you play a 360 game on the Xbox One, you aren't playing on an Xbox One - it BECOMES a 360. Whatever save mechanic was implemented in the original game should save the same way it did on the native console.
