Can i use someones at home bodyweight routine?

I ma 15 years old and around the average weight wanting to gain a bit of muscle. I dont have access to a gym at the moment so does anyone have a workout routine i can use every week?

    You can pull up YouTube and find hundreds of workout videos of all types, including ones that don't require any equipment. Personally, I like workout videos by Hasfit, Fitness Blender, and Pop Sugar Fitness. You can also just look up online strength workouts without equipment or bodyweight workouts and find a lot of information.

    Using items around your house (for example gallon jugs full or partly full of water to give you some weight to lift) you can add resistance to your workout. Push-ups, planks, squats, and lunges are just a few common exercises you can do.

    sit ups,  push ups, leg lifts,  squats, if you don't have weights, use bottles of water or cans of food
