Benefits of using an E-sim?

I have an 11 pro max - I use a third party carrier that runs on Verizon and they’re subpar but okay. I was thinking of getting a T-mobile E-sim. I travel a lot and I’m the road so data is important. Any thoughts?

Only benefit is reliability, as sometimes a normal sim cant be read properly due to dirt or being cheaply made. Although this is hardly an issue. Your phone might connect to cellular or boot up a second quicker but there's really no difference besides being an inconvenience for people to set up and switch phones.
