I just bought a car from Maryland, having it shipped today so I’ll get it in a few days, I have the title so I’m wondering what the requirements are to get a new Indiana title for the Car coming from Maryland. I see online a vin check is required, but how would I get the car to a bmv to do the vin check if legally it can’t be on the road without tags lol. I have a car that’s already IN registered, I was hoping to just transfer the tags but I’m more concerned about getting a title for the car

I live in indiana, me and this other hothead got hired on and I’ve been working for 6 months him 4 years no complaints about me but numerous about him. Saturday night he got in my face and pushed me because of a pallet, I didn’t do anything back to him I informed a supervisor. 

Monday the warehouse supervisor gets both our stories and determines that even though I’m the victim and never put my hands on the other person and there was a witness that saw him push me, he determined we both started an altercation and let us both go today on Tuesday after our shifts. 

Is this right? Fired for being a victim and reporting it? What can I do if anything 

First half of 2020 I lived in Maryland and last half I lived in indiana in a current resident of Indiana. I input my state and federal taxes for both states, but it’s asking for an absurd amount of taxes I have to pay and I didn’t even make that much and was taxed to death. Is is possible to do them all separately for each state? MD and IN? Any tax specialists I should consult? Maybe TurboTax this year is a no go?

Single male here, lived in Maryland most of my life but moved to Indiana for the last half of 2020 and currently am a resident of IN. I had 13k of income from W2’s and am currently waiting for an IN W2. I inputted all this data into turbo tax and it’s saying I owe the state of indiana $438 in state taxes and I’m not sure why. 

Why would you owe state taxes to a new state you just moved to? I’m not sure why coming from MD to IN is making me pay so much tax. Any idea?

What are they used for? Does it have a link to your personal social security number on the front? 

Anybody holding any kyber network or tezos? My portfolio consists of large quantities of them but they’ve been performing badly and I’m just at the point of selling for a loss. Any insight?

Sold my G37s giving me 17mpg and now I need a beater car. Is it worth it for $3500 for such low miles already inspected? Or get something higher miles and drop the price 

Hello. Giving up my G37s for a better commuter car. I drive a lot maybe 50 miles a day give or take. My G gave me about 17mpg. I am looking at buying a used 2012 Nissan Leaf SL with 8 battery lights left. Owner says passed inspection, 43,000 miles, and gets about 60 miles a trip with kWh being about 20 cents for a fast charging Station near me. He wanted $6,000 I got him to agree for $5600. Is it worth it? Switching to electric? 

1) $6000 101,000 miles Maryland state inspected 2014 Nissan Sentra SV W/ 4500 mile warranty and 60 day temp tag 

2) $6200 127,000 miles maryland state inspected 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5L coupe w/ 2 year hard tag registration 

Which would you get? I need a car ASAP and they’re both inspected and clean title which I like, but the CVT in the Sentra scares me

I have two sellers I am looking for a BMW

1) $6000 for a 2008 328xi sedan w/ 74,000 miles salvage title (rear ended but fixed) 

2) $6100 for a 2011 bmw 328i xDrive w/ 120k miles 

Any real major differences? I’m just gonna end up going with the 2011 I don’t know much about bmw 

We ordered food through doordash, PAID FOR IT for pickup, and go to the window to pickup the food - manager comes out confirming our name and says “ you cancelled the order?” Were like no and showing the order being active on our phones and he again goes “ but it’s cancelled” and he takes a picture of my friends plate and goes back inside and we just awkwardly leave. 

Can he do anything w/ the plate picture? We paid for the food on doordash I don’t know why he would have think we cancelled and take a pic of the plate for what? We just awkwardly left
