Atheist do you agree with these tenets?

THERE ARE SEVEN FUNDAMENTAL TENETS
I
One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason.
II
The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions.
III
One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.
IV
The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one's own.
V
Beliefs should conform to one's best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one's beliefs.
VI
People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one's best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused.
VII
Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word.

I. I agree. 
II. I agree that they should prevail over unjust laws and institutions.
III. I agree.
IV. No. Freedoms of others need to be respected. You have no freedom to not be offended. What offends you may not offend me and vice versa so there is no freedom to offend necessary. The rest I agree with.
V. No. You shouldnt believe anything until there is good reason to believe it. Beliefs should conform to the reality we all share. 
VI. I agree.
VII. I dont know what that means. Its woo and word salad.

How about we all try to treat each other in the same manner we would all like to be treated. But I will say this, if you have batshit crazy ideas that you go on and on about and have no good reason to believe it, then I reserve the right to mock you mercilessly. You have the right to believe what you want. You do not have the right to not be mocked for it. It happens here day in and day out. deal.

It seems the Satanic Temple. Has a better grasp of actual humans. Than major religions do. I see also that people are attempting. To throw Stalin into all this. How or why that dictator got into all this. Escapes me.

I have no problem with those.  I find them much more relevant than the 10 Commandments or anything else found in the Bible.

I do not agree with them for the simple reason that 
they are not fundamental, and they are not tenets.

I agree with #s 3 and 4 without reservation.  The rest I think would usually hold true.
