Ui/Ux design?
I'm going to keep this one short and sweet. I'm pretty experienced with photoshop and I've played with Adobe XD as part of a college course. I know basic html and css. Do you need to know frontend developer languages (javascript, jquery, react, ect) to be a Ui/Ux designer or not. I see a lot of courses teaching ui/ux developement but not coding, which is weird to me. I'm also willing to learn those languages if need be. Thanks in advance!

If you are an amazingly talented designer and land a job at a well-staffed company, Ui/Ux design will be just that - design. Any background you have in developer language would be immensely helpful, but you won't be the person doing that.
On the other hand - if you don't get that big job and you are either freelancing or working at a smaller lesser-staffed company, you will need to be a jack-of-all-trades and know it all.
Either way, it would be a good thing to know. And you seem pretty enthusiastic about learning so go for it!

UI/UX isn't tied to a specific language; the ones you mention only apply to websites.
I would assume that unless a course specifically lists JavaScript or React as prerequisites, you shouldn't worry too much about it. Lots of UI/UX is theoretical (for instance, does a toggle button show the current state, or the state you activate by clicking it)
I did a quick Google, and one course specifically said "we'll teach you everything you need to know".
