Why don't they serve soup, in a restaurant, over a candle, so it stays hot?

That might make the customers reach boiling point.  Especially if it recooks the soup!

I order my chicken noodle with toast. 1 minute later it arrives, contained in a large cauldron being wheeled by 3 men to my table. They add in the pepper and I say when. The three men lift it together and place it in front of me. The cauldron is suspended in the air by supports, it is so tall that I can no longer see my wretched wife across from me(good riddance). 

Then, underneath the cauldron they light a candle. My soup stays at a perfect 135º Fahrenheit. 

This would be the ultimate restaurant experience like if you agree

Do you know how many candles it’ll take to keep the soup hot. Candles do not produce that much heat, at least enough to keep a pot hot.
