What is wrong with my voice?
im a man in mid-20s weigh over 200 lb 5’9 so whenever i spoken to people my voice does not sound like a man but more like mix of woman and a child which is really unpleasant to hear it lower my confidence increase my nervousness
Afraid to talk to people i fear they would judge me because i had one friend that use to think i was gay for that.

We can't say for sure, but if you talked with a speech therapist about this you'd probably be told that you actually have a range of pitches and that with practice you can speak with a lower voice.

Hardly anybody likes hearing their own voice, but, it doesn't matter what other people think, only what you think, so, just love yourself and people that care what someone voice sounds like, you probably don't need those people in your life anyway.
