how do i break up with someone who never has time for me and never texts me?

Shouldn’t It be okay to listen, acknowledge, and accept each other’s  differences without drama?  

Seems fine as long as it is properly an s clearly communicated. 

Just stop with him.  See him at work, but outside of work, don't have time for him and don't text him. Don't ask him what his plans are.  Just ghost him.

Let's see... You work together so seeing you a lot when not working is overkill in their eyes I guess.  Not texting? Well, maybe enough has been said during work or other times when together and he considers it frivolous and waste of time or just too much of you.  

You have hardly any relationship to break up from!

Just stop texting him/her, let them approach and ask you. Once they ask you tell them nicely don’t be mean or rude either. Remember you still have to work with them and act like it doesn’t bother you.

text him and say i can't do this anymore and let's just be professional at work and forget this ever happened. Im not saying that's gonna be easy but you need money so you're gonna have to pretend that relationship didn't happen. Act like he's invisible unless he's asking you about work.

Call them and let them know that you're ending things.  Explain that you need someone who has time for you and communicates.  End call.  Move on.  Done.  Don't spend more than 2-3 minutes on the call.  Get to the point.  

Dont text or write

Well when you get the chance, if in person or through text explain you want to break up since you two aren't contacting each other enough. 

Easy. Simply stop talking to him or spending time with him.
