I think so, if not more. I believe millennials had a positive influence on gen-z, as the example not to follow by. I know it's a thing for parents to comment on how advanced and mature their kids are, but generally, I think it is true with today's youth, being born in a more complex society. Kids today can see right through the hypocrisy of the generation that brought them "tolerance" and "anti-bullying", and know how to do it the right way.

If it's about you, no. For example, I don't think the Quoran advocates beating up your grandparents.

Exactly as nice and exactly not as nice. No matter what era, kids are kids. Anyone who thinks otherwise is old and looks at the past with rose-colored glasses.
