i wouldn't move from my state i'd just move from my area

I wouldn't even think of moving to the USA at all...where I live lottery winnings are not taxable so only interest earned annually from the money, but with that amount I could do a lot of good things that could help lots of people and of course set up a charity to do so, so any income for the charity would also be untaxed

If I had 75 million I'd just about be able to afford to stay right where I am in California (once all the new COVID related taxes are pushed through and the state economy is destroyed).

I would not move to the USA at all! I am very happy in Canada. And, lottery winnings are not taxable in Canada, where they are in the USA. Why would I want to move?

Detroit and Alabama are two places I hope to never visit.
If I got 75 mil, I'd move to a country that's still sane.
