I was driving my FIAT PUNTO (2016) 1.2 Petrol at maximum load, with gas pedal pressed to the end (150 km/h with A/C turned on) for 45 km. Did I harm my engine? Did I shorten its lifespan significantly? Please don't judge me for exceeding speed limit.

Engine is fine, they are designed to do no harm within their range of operation.

YOUR engine is NOT made of SPAGHETTI and is VERY VERY DURABLE! You can drive it at FULL SPEED forever and NOT cause damages to ANYTHING! It was MEANT for that purpose! It is NOT a MOTOR SCOOTER either! Though the 1.2 liter is VERY SMALL< it is NOT FLIMSY by any means! REDLINE every time, using the RIGHT SYNTHETIC oil and HAVE NO FEARS! HAPPY DRIVING and do NOT become NEUROTIC!

Yes, you most likely caused increased engine wear, but if you didn't exceed redline it's probably ok. However, cars are designed to be driven responsibly, not like race cars, so if you continue to do that you can expect a greatly reduced engine life. At minimum, change your oil ASAP.

1.2 at 150 km/hr with a full load and A/C ! You may have wrecked your imagination by stretching it so far. But the Fiat should be fine

Assuming the engine is in good condition and has been properly maintained no harm will have occurred.
