Which version of Surface Pro do I have?

My computer tells me that it is a Surface Pro i7 Model 1796

Is this a Surface Pro 5, a Surface Pro 6, or what?

I have cracked my computer's screen and need to buy a replacement, but I don't know which display to buy

Update:

Richard - Thank you, but it only tells me the same thing: I have a Surface Pro Model 1796. But it doesn't say whether it's a Surface Pro 5 a Surface Pro 6, or maybe something else.

The suppliers of the replacement screens only seem to know what a Surface Pro 3, 4, 5, 6 are and don't seem to recognize the Model 1796 part

    On your Surface device:

Select the Start  button, then type system information.

Select System information in the list of results.

Find System Model under the Item column.

The model info for your Surface will appear in the Value column next to System Model.
