Why are the unscrupulous and uneducated (aka landlords) allowed to keep their homes after they can evict good people from their own homes?

Many criminals (aka politicians) are involved in the housing sector, making unscrupulous money from that, hence their extortion is actually allowed.

It's not a MORAL issue who gets to own a house or get evicted from one. It's a financial issue. You can be good morally, but bad financially. Or vice-versa. You can't levy judgements against an entire class of citizen simply for the work they do. There are plenty of landlords who are not "daft idiots." And plenty of tenants who ARE.

Only the uneducated and ignorant (like you) believe that good people get evicted.  Good people don't get evicted. People who do not pay as they agreed to pay, or damage property they do not own, or otherwise violate the terms of contracts THEY agreed to, verbally or written, get evicted.

Landlords should be completely banned from mortgages, period. 1 person can own 1 home only. The laws should be changed to make this happen and end the criminality that is rent extortion.
