Some things might be causing it is apps needs to be updated. Or you have apps you disabled that can cause restarting. Or wrong app preference settings. First to do is make sure all apps that you use are all updated, if they are then try reset app preferences to restore the settings to default. Finally if them things dont work backup stuff and factory reset
