Should it be made a criminal offence not to take your dog for a walk?

Yes it should !!!.....Dogs need stimulation and saying you don't have the time to walk your dog is not an excuse.....if you don't have the time then you shouldn't have had the dog in the first place.

Nope. It's not a right. The dog won't die if it's not taken for a walk. This is like saying letting your son get obese should be a criminal offense.

They are talking about doing that here in The UK.

Sure, let other people get more control of our lives.  Then you'll complain when an ordinance is passed that lands you in jail.

Yep it should. If you want a dog you should take care of his NEEDS and going on walk is maybe just another activity for you but need for them
