IMHO, the powers behind the curtain are expecting Biden to win and take office but he will be carefully handled to conform to the radical Left's agenda which will cripple our capitalistic economy permanently.  He will either decline to run a second term or may (be asked to) step aside in the first term.

It is more than just Joe.  There are other old line democrats who are being overrun by the radical democrats.  Yet these old line democrats fall in line and give in to the radicals.  Like Biden has done.  Joe Manchin of West Virginia is an example.  Why people would vote for him is crazy.  He will talk a good line to get the vote, and then vote with the radicals who control the party. He will vote opposite of what he tells the voters.   They should vote him out and put in someone who talks the same but will vote against the radicals.  Like if Joe Manchin's radical democrats get in power, it will be the end of coal. Manchin needs to either switch parties and be voted out.
