    Masturbation is a normal human activity.  

    I do know that, many men today are addicted to porn and masturbation which has caused a lot of them to prefer that to sex with a real woman. So i guess the conclusion is "whatever works for them".

    That's not what masturbation is for.  It helps keep you sexually satisfied and mentally healthy.  It does not give you feelings for someone else (well not unless its mutual masturbation).
