Socialists, do you consider it exploitation when a worker is not being productive and still gets paid?

According to all you who believe in a labor theory of value it is impoosible for a boss to make a profit without exploiting someone. But when you consider the fact that humans are not perfect beings, we go to the bathroom, we use our phones, we fall asleep, we pet our dog, we do not work at 100% efficiency at all time. Chances are you don't clock out when you do these things so this could be considered exploitation.

Tell us how hiring someone then paying them an agreed upon compensation package is "exploiting" them.  A person agrees to do a task for specific compensation when they start a job.  If you don't like the package, renegotiate it or don't work there.  So long as you do your assigned tasks properly and get paid for it, no one loses.  There is NO "exploitation".
