I agree with all six answers below.  Unless you perceive or are shown why you might obtain a grant, it won't happen.  Startups begin funded by savings and/or job income.   

See a small "Community" bank in your area.   Or a credit union.   Also, check with SBA.   They are open.   Not sure why you think they are closed.   You can not walk in but you can apply online.   And, call them.   https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/grants/grants...

You are delusional. There are no business grants. You save up your money and bootstrap your business. That's how I did it, thats how many or most did it.

Business loans are sometimes possible if you have years of experience in the field and can navigate thru a mountain of paperwork and have a SIGNIFICANT cash investment of your own.

Grants like that do not exist.

Save your money.

No one is going to gift you money to start a pressure washing business.

I'm presuming you already have a pressure washer, so go get a business license, some insurance and post your services on your neighborhood blog like NextDoor.
