I work hard and have a lot of pride in the work that I do but I've been told I'm too bossy at work. What should I do?

Pride in work and work ethic have nothing to do with whether you're bossy.

Consider the source. Is it a person who is in authority who said you're too bossy? Or is it someone who is at a similar level who is trying to run you down? It just depends.

If it was someone I respected, I'd take it seriously and at least think about it.

If you're overstepping your bounds and ordering people around because you think you're smarter than everybody, stop it.

Is your interference or input NEEDED, will the world end or be seriously damaged without you.

Is it a Safety issue
