Aug 1 he told me not to talk to him anymore hell talk to me when hes ready (didnt know what I did) so I left him alone
Yesterday a mutual friend told me he was mad that I was accepting his friend's friend requests on fb (they were adding me not the other way around- I accepted to promote my company) & I also found out he showed our mutual friend all of our private text messages from back when we were together!!!
I want to message and be like "I trusted you with my life, we have been friends for 20 years and what you did by showing my texts was super disrespectful"
What do you think.... or should I just let it go, after all he threw the friendship away not me

Get a photo of him printed out. Under the photo or on the back, write your message. Light a yellow candle on a raised candle holder set on a large fireproof plate, bowl or sheet. Say a forgiving but final message to the jerk, light the photo with the candle flame, set it on the bowl where it can't melt the candle and let it completely burn. Yellow is the color of joy. Think of something or someone who sparks joy and go to it/him/her. Seal in your mind the foundation of your future joy is to burn off the obstacles in your way. I'll be praying for you Allison.
