    1.  Pay off all my debts and all the debts of my family and friends.

    2.  move to a different location nearby.  My neighborhood sucks.

buy up our side of this property so dont have to worry about housing. then simply just relax. go to work like its a normal day and retire when im 50. honestly i have no need for that much money but i can spend it easily i just rather enjoy my life biggest worry is bills as i live in Hawaii i currently dont make a lot of money and cost of living here will keep you broke. this is the reason MANY families move every single year. come move here and you will find your savings will drain faster then anything

Buy up as many successful small businesses I can get with $800 million while leaving $2.5 million for my self for my living expenses.

The rest of the $197.5 million would be for stocks, bonds, etc.

I come from a close very large family....I would buy a large piece of land so each family (13) would have their own place surrounding a man made lake. To either live there or for vacations. I've thought about this for a very long time.
