Poll: How do you like your steak cooked?

I prefer steak medium rare.

I like it hot for me. 

I prefer it to be running around a field still mooing. I don't eat meat as I'm a vegetarian

Medium.  I had medium rare yesterday and didn't enjoy it as much.

well done. no red, just brown and juicy. there's a 30 sec window where it can be well done or turn into shoe leather. you have to be a real pro to get it just right.

medium rare at a steak house where they know how to cook a steak. medium at a diner. if i'm cooking i just hope for the best
