I'm looking for a high quality, high tech, smart e-bike. Any recommendations?

Can anyone recommend some good e-bikes that give a "next gen" feel? Max I'll spend is $2,500

-I would prefer if the bike had some sort of GPS tracking in the case it gets stolen

-I would also prefer it to be foldable, but it doesn't have to be

-I would also like if it had some speed to it, atleast 20mph. Could be pedal assist, have a throttle or both

-I would also prefer it to not be made in China

Lots of luck not finding at least the bike frame made in China.  My guess would be at least 95% of them (or more) are made in China.  The only way not to get a frame made in China is a custom built titanium or carbon fiber frame.  That immediately puts you over $2,500.

I can still reach 20 mph easily on my old 2010 Raleigh Clubman.  It has a steel frame and no electric assist.  I'm not exactly young anymore either.  You can't do the same on a lighter aluminum bike with a carbon fiber fork?  You can buy one for a hell-of-a-lot less than $2,500.  https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/contend-1

Then you'll have all that leftover money for a bicycle tracking device in case of theft.

If it only has a throttle with no 'pedal assist', it's not an e-bike.  Then it becomes an electric motorcycle.  D'OH!   18 Best Electric Motorcycles - https://manofmany.com/rides/motorcycles/best-elect...
