We cant just change the law on a whim. You'd need to present an intelligent, articulate 30 year old who for some reason couldnt possibly wait 5 years to becone president in order to make a compelling argument for changing the minimum age requirement.

Well back in the olden days most people didn't even live to be 35 so if you got to be eligible for the presidency you were basically almost dead already
