Pain on gum above tooth ?

Have had a infected tooth for a few months took my antibiotics pain went away do to COVID I’m unable to make a appointment till a month at the least the thing is my gum above the tooth is sensitive slight pain when raising my lip I don’t see a bump or any signs of a abscess what could it be ? I’ve had a broken tooth for over a year and am going to get it treated just confused on what the gum sensitivity pain is when moving my lip

    its probably Teeth grinding.  its the one things Dentists cant, or dont know how to check for.  ...it causes a very blunt kind of pain,

    Inflamation from the tooth. Use a medicated mouthwash.
