I’ve had a broken tooth for about a year when I finally went to treat it Covid arose thus out of fear I’ve postponed it I took antibiotics pain went away it’s been 2 months and yesterday I felt slight tingling pulsating sensation when walking or running fast forward to last night tooth hurts to bite down and is painful along with my gum out of nowhere my question is can this be because I may have broke it a little and it’s sore or because the infection came back ? I’m a healthy fit 27 year old male non smoker and overall healthy I workout 5 times a week I noticed a small lump on my trapezius right by my neck it’s lovable and not painful almost as if it’s a fatty lump should I be concerned of cancer ?

I’ve taken antibiotics for my tooth and it’s lasted about 7 months without any infection  how long are antibiotics supposed to suppress the infection.

Are cavities slow growing if so?

I normally do blood work every 3 years as I’m 27 and healthy I workout intensely 4 times a week anyways should I be worried of high cholesterol? 

My last blood work was 2 years ago and was perfect I’m a bit worried as of late I’ve had more cheat meals such as subway or a slice of pizza yet I workout regularly and try to eat healthy I eat allot of peanut butter natural and allot of oatmeal which is good for cholesterol do you think I should be concerned about my cholesterol?

I know they say to avoid touching your eyes and mouth and nose but by mistake I was at the gym and banged my forehead onto a weight holder would that be a risk?
