Pain on gum ?

Have had a infected tooth for a few months took my antibiotics pain went away do to COVID I’m unable to make a appointment till a month at the least the thing is my gum above the tooth is sensitive slight pain when raising my lip I don’t see a bump or any signs of a abscess what could it be ? I’ve had a broken tooth for over a year and am going to get it treated just confused on what the gum sensitivity pain is when moving my lip

    Bad teeth can make your gums hurt. I would look for a different dentist. I went to a dentist during the pandemic and didn't have to wait at all.
