Constant weak urine stream/dribbles?

Long story short I’m a healthy 27-year-old male when I was born I had major hypospadia reconstructive surgery for the past year I’ve been having a week urine stream and constant dribbling of urine when I go to urinate and after urinating I drove all over myself nonstop I went to a urologist he performed a CT scan on my bladder and my kidneys and performed a prostate exam everything was fine he sent me antibiotics but they did not help Long story short I’m a healthy 27-year-old male when I was born I had major hypospadia reconstructive surgery for the past year I’ve been having a weak urine stream and constant dribbling of urine when I go to urinate and after urinating I dribble all over myself nonstop I went to a urologist he performed a CT scan on my bladder and my kidneys and performed a prostate exam everything was fine he sent me antibiotics but they did not help I ended up needing to pee really bad and I couldn’t Pee so when I pushed really hard something popped/tore my urine stream came back then two days later back to dribbles work that have been

    Go back to the Urologist. Something is making debris and/or involving the scars from your operation which is partially blocking you, and you probably also have a low grade UTI requiring prophylactic antibiotics for a few weeks.
