I ejaculated onto a tissue and threw it in the trash. I then peed and there was semen in my pee. I had the toilet seat up. I flushed but didn’t noticed if it actually flushed away or if it did the thing where instead of flushing it adds more water.. I cleaned the seat with a disinfecting wipe even though I didn’t get any on the seat.. my sister peed after I got out so I was wondering if anything can happen if there was still semen in the toilet water.

Semen is viscous. It doesn't splash. And if a girl or woman could get pregnant that way, every one of them that showered or used the toilet after a teenage boy would be pregnant.

pee instantly kills sperm, so no you cant use that as an excuss for getting your sister pregnant, you could tell your mum and dad that because of covid you couldnt meet up with girls/boys so you were both really horny and it just happened (I bet that really has happened a lot in the last year so you wont be the first)

IF (1) that person is female (your sister is), (2) is in the fertile time of her monthly cycle, (I dunno) (3) the water in the toilet is just about body temperature (NFL) (4) your load has been in the water a VERY short time (maybe)  (5) she uses a turkey baster to collect your ji z, (I'd bet not) and (6) she injecst your ji z about 7 inches into herself while lying on her back (I'd bet against that) and (7) she remains on her back for about an hour.(You'd probably know if she was in the bathroom for an hour.)

As she was unlikely to submerge her groin in the toilet water, or insert any of this water into her vagina, there is no way for the semen to get there.
IF there was any in the toilet water and IF it was still viable, neither of which is likely.
