how well can we map the human brain and electrical impulses in the body?

i want to put together a team of people that can create a machine that copys meditations and then applies them without effort to other people i have this one meditation that could change the entire world and i would give it away for free

    Only very crudely.

    It is sometimes good enough

    to find major brain malfunctions,

    but not a lot more than that.
