What is your opinion?

Hi there. I am always supporting my best friend. (lets call her Efta) I have been friends with 'Efta' for about 4 years now. We are super close, we used to text all the time, and communicate. We hung out all the time, even when Covid-19 just started. (Safely distanced,) Recently though, I will text her and be like; "How are you boo?" (We call each other that sometimes) And she wouldn't respond for a while. Maybe 6-7 days later. We both have our read receipts on, but one day she turned hers off. A while ago she told me she turned it on so i knew if she was ignoring me, which I laughed about but now I can't even tell.

Whenever I would try to text her, like around now I would say "How are you?" and she never responds. Then a couple days later she texts me and says something like "Oh my god, I seriously can't deal with XYZ, XYZ is so annoying and never talks to me." And then I proceed to ask her about it, and she just says she'll tell me later.. She never does.

Sometimes she'll tell me she wants to meet up at this one place close to us both, and we confirm a time, a place, and the date. I will normally get there a little early since I biked there, and she just never shows up. I will wait 3 HOURS past the time we confirmed, and she never shows. I text her about how I am there, and ask if she is coming. After I went home she responded things like this; "Sorry I was busy" or "I didn't feel well". Does she hate me? Am I being too annoying? What did I do?
