In a residential neighborhood street?

If they're 3 or more cars parked side by side in a residential neighborhood street, & they're blocking the whole street, would they get a ticket for blocking the residential street where it makes it hard for other cars to pass?

Well one would be sure to get a ticket. In a lot of places the one side of the street will probably have no parking signs as well if 3 cars block the whole street, so the car on that side would get a ticket as well. Although they might just tow the illegally parked cars.

The cars that are parked where they are allowed to be parked (probably the ones on each side, against the curb) should not get tickets.  The car parked in the middle, in the center of the street, should get a ticket.
